What to Expect
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Intern to support our administrative team. This internship provides hands-on experience in administrative functions and is an excellent opportunity to learn about office operations and business management.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Support: Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and greeting visitors.
- Document Management: Prepare, file, and organize documents, records, and reports.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Data Entry: Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Customer Service: Provide support in handling inquiries and resolving issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics as requested and compile reports.
- Event Assistance: Help organize and coordinate company events or meetings.
- Administrative Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduate of a relevant academic program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, or related field).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
