We set up your workspace
We enable named users for your team and give them a shared workspace.

You upload a document
Upload a PDF or image, choose general or invoice and receipt analysis, and add an optional brief.

AI extracts the findings
The analysis follows a fixed structure and is instructed to use only what is visible in the document.

Your team reviews
Reviewers correct, approve or reject each result and add notes. Results flagged for review show why.

Changes become versions
Corrections and re-analyses are saved as new versions, with a comparison of what changed.

You export the data
Export analyses or invoice line items as CSV for your own systems.

Versions, not overwrites
AI versions and reviewed revisions are kept side by side, with a comparison of what changed.
Doubts are flagged
Each result carries a confidence level and, where needed, the reasons it should be reviewed.
Source files are not kept
The uploaded file is deleted after processing. Only the findings and review history remain.
Workspace access only
Results are visible to members of your workspace. Any OCTA support access is recorded.
What you get
Structured findings for every document.
Each result includes a summary, key points, labelled facts, risks, obligations and recommended actions. Invoices and receipts also give the supplier, reference numbers, dates, totals and line items.
Status: Early access
Current limits.
- Access is enabled by OCTA after a quotation is agreed.
- PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP files only, one document at a time, up to 10 MB. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are not supported.
- Results are reviewed by your own team. Document Intelligence does not include an independent review by OCTA.
- Export is CSV only. PDF and Word reports are not available.
- The source file is not kept, so a re-analysis needs the file uploaded again. Your team can archive results; permanent deletion is carried out by OCTA on request.
- Analysis uses an external AI model provider, and processing may take place outside the UK and EU. Each upload asks for your consent to processing by the provider.
- Results support your team’s work. They are not legal or financial advice, and they do not make approval decisions.

Document Intelligence is priced per named user per month, with an agreed allowance of completed analyses. Terms are agreed in a quotation before access is enabled.
