Four eyes on every Standard
Nobody approves or publishes a Standard they wrote or edited.
OCTA productPilot
Check a document against an approved Standard and receive a sealed assessment that records which Standard version was used.
Who it is for
Built for teams that check documents against internal rules and need to show which version of those rules was used, and who approved it.
An AI chat can comment on a document. It cannot show which Standard it was given, who approved it, or that its answer has not changed since. Self-Service Assurance records all three.
How it works
The rules are approved and fixed before any document is checked against them.
A Standard sets out the requirements. Your company’s approver signs off its exact wording, then an OCTA administrator who did not prepare it publishes it.
Give the case a title, the country, the context, the document type and the check you need.
The matching Standard is chosen by fixed rules, not by AI. Your company’s own Standards are tried first.
Confirm the exact Standard and its limits, and that you are authorised to submit the document.
The check runs within fixed limits. The result is sealed and given a signed receipt.
Accept it for the stated use, or record your concerns. Your decision is kept and cannot be changed.
AI and people
People write, approve and publish every Standard. The AI is given the one you confirmed and cannot alter its result once it is sealed.
What makes it defensible
Each safeguard below is built into Self-Service Assurance today.
Nobody approves or publishes a Standard they wrote or edited.
Approval applies to the exact wording reviewed, and any edit clears it. Published Standards never change.
Matching uses fixed rules, not AI, and you confirm the match before anything runs.
Each result carries a signed receipt, a checksum and a seal, shown alongside the assessment.
Every result waits for review. The decision is recorded and cannot be altered afterwards.
The uploaded file is removed as soon as it is sent for checking, and the processing copy is deleted automatically within a few days.
What you get
Each assessment includes a summary, key points, risks, recommended actions and a confidence level, and every result is marked for human review. It is shown with the Standard version, a signed receipt, a checksum and the seal.
