We confirm the terms before enabling access.
General business documents: one PDF, Word, Excel or PowerPoint file per case, up to 96 KB, with selectable text. Financial, Marketing and Sales checks are not available yet.
Authorised company authors can draft standards for subjects they hold. A separate company approver approves the content, and OCTA reviews and publishes it before use. A subscription alone does not grant authoring or approval permissions.
Yes, by arrangement. Your Standards can be kept in a knowledge space dedicated to your company. A dedicated policy engine can be created for your company during setup and is switched on only after isolation testing. We scope both with you.
Subscription prices, allowances, setup and hosting charges must be agreed for your scope. Contact OCTA for a quotation before access is enabled.
No. An assessment supports review against the selected standard and its stated scope. It is not certification, legal advice or regulatory approval.
